Alpine Marketing Ventures
Problem
During my time at Alpine Marketing Ventures, as both an, intern and a supervisor, my boss felt like more needed to be done to attract new interns and improve the internship program. One of the main problems was that the current website lacked any information about the internship. The second problem was that once interns entered the program, they needed to know how to proceed through the different steps of the internship.
Solution/Impact
As an intern, I created a page specifically about the internship. My challenge was to match the design from the rest of the website while still creating something appealing to prospective interns. I was able to create a page where users could quickly navigate to find the highlights of the program. I also created an online application to make it easier for users to apply to the program.
To improve the internship program, I created a login system on the current website where interns could login to view the steps of the program and keep track of where they were at. This allowed interns to move quickly through the required intern lessons to projects that would help the company.

In addition to creating the intern webpage and online intern program, I was in charge of updating the websites of three major businesses to make them more user-friendly. I was also in charge of writing blog posts, creating social media posts, and scheduling social media posts while I was an intern. When I became a supervisor, I helped interns with the blog and social media tasks and taught them how to make visually appealing content.
